The public Umwise workspace is an evaluation sandbox. Its identities, conversations, inventory and metrics are synthetic unless explicitly identified as an authenticated organization’s live data. Sample potential is not revenue attribution.

Authenticated workspaces

Workspace access is personal, role-based and auditable. Users must protect credentials, use only data and channels they are authorized to process, document required consent and promptly disable access that is no longer needed.

Voice AI disclosure

The voice concierge identifies itself as an AI service before substantive interaction. Starting it or continuing an inbound telephone conversation authorizes real-time audio processing and transcription for that conversation. Users must not submit another person’s confidential information without authority. A voice response does not confirm availability or create a transaction. Outbound calls may be initiated only by an authorized administrator for a real qualified lead with separately documented contact consent; an inbound interaction alone does not authorize a later sales call.

No automatic booking or investment offer

An agent response alone does not create a reservation, dispatch, purchase mandate, binding quote or investment recommendation. A commercial action requires a connected source, confirmed current availability, applicable operating rules and any required human approval.

AI and source limitations

Umwise exposes model use, source facts and policy decisions, but connected data may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Operators must review exceptional, high-value or legally significant actions. Deterministic fallback improves continuity; it does not replace supplier confirmation.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access controls, submit unlawful material, upload data without authority, use the product for prohibited profiling or rely on the sandbox for real-world transactions.

Availability

Evaluation features may change. Production service levels, retention, support, subprocessors and commercial responsibilities are defined in the applicable customer agreement rather than these public website terms.

Intellectual property

Umwise product design, software, brand and written material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Connected customer data and source-system content remain subject to their respective rights.
